Hair Grow Tips

Hair is the crown of a woman's beauty. As the hair is very delicate, regular care and attention should be given. Hair is made up of three layers of which the most important layer is the cuticle. The cuticle is made up of tiny
transparent scales which protect the hair and hold the oil which keeps the hair shining. Heat, sun, bleaches, perms and straighteners also lift
and disturb the cuticle scales which in turn leads to hair loss. The rate of hair growth varies from person to person. The average growth of hair is 1/4 to 1/2 an inch a month. The growth of scalp hair is faster up-to 30 years of age and then declines sharply.
